Made of AISI 304 (DIN 1.4301) quality stainless steel material, with a filling manhole on each compartment, with stainless steel inner rings
• Tank Volume: 31.500 Liters (+/- 2%)
• Number of Compartments: 3 (12,000L / 6,000L / 13,500L)
• Manholes:
o 3 x Filling manholes, size DN500
o Each manhole cover has safety relief valve +2.0 Bar / -0.2 Bar
o Each manhole cover has anti-accidental closure hook
• Manhole Spill Box, Square Design:
o On the top of the vessels
o Stainless steel, insulated
o 2 hinged lids with lock, insulated
• Insulation and Cladding: - According to ATP "IN"
o Body Insulation: approx. 50 mm polyurethane
o Tank Heads Insulation: 100 mm glass wool

• Operation Pressure:

• Walkway: Aluminium anti-slip walkway along the tank and around manhole catch basins, on the right side.

• CIP - washing system: Inlet in tank left side, 5 independent spray heads (2+1+2) and a shut-off valve for each spray head, stainless steel pipeline DN50 connection on the rear right side
• Hose Deflectors: Bar to protect the insulation and cladding of the tank installed on the upper right and left sides of the tank
• Ladder: Stainless steel ladder with non-slip steps located at the back of the tank

• Bottom Valves: 3 x DN100, with handwheel control on the top
• Discharge Line: 1 x DN100 Discharge pipe insulated and covered with black tape, output at the rear centrally in discharge box with double doors.
• Discharge Valves: DN100 butterfly outlet valve with cap, manually operated, in outlet box
